Rose white blood count has been high the past 2 days. This is a sign of either an infection or her bodies reaction to the fluids in her lungs that have to be drained daily.
They have treated Rose with a wide spread antibiotic while waiting for cultures to come in. The concern over this and her inhability to eat are the 2 main focuses at this point.
