Rose medical update 5-29 8 pm

There are many questions yet to be answered but here is what we know know and what the current theory’s are.

Rose is going down to do a CT scan on her head, chest and abdomen. They are hoping to find out where the infection lies.

Another possibility is a clot in her lungs. If this is the case, this is very easily treatable. 

We still await cultures and all the specialist to decide the next course of treatment. I have to exit at 8 pm but the doctors have said they will call with the results when they come in or if there are any changes.

She is for the most part completely unaware of her surroundings and she struggles to answer questions that the doctors ask, but she is aware enough to give me signals like raise or lower the bed, play music, or if she is thirsty.

Another note. Today I showed her pictures that people have uploaded to the website on the motivational page.  She looks at them and it does trigger a smile or an emotion. I believe she is drawing strength from this. I thank you all for doing this and ask that you keep doing this.
