First I want to say thank you for the overwhelming amount of messages and calls. Please forgive me if I can’t get to every one in a timely manner. I am of course scared, and numb. And I am sure I will go through the emotional process a lot of times.
Today, we will get together with family and make the decisions moving forward. Rose requested cremation so we are thinking of a memorial in a few weeks.The ultimate goal is how to get everyone who wants to be there to be involved. We know that the Pandemic is not over in many parts of the country. And we have family, church, and friends everywhere.
So the main focus will be to provide streaming of the memorial so everyone can participate. I wanted to give an idea so people can have a heads up, but before we speak with family, nothing is finalized. Our priority is of course the wishes of Rose, then what is good for the family.
I ask that you keep uploading messages images and video on the motivational page. Who knows, maybe Rose is still here reading them with me.
Many people are asking how to help. And as hard as it is to say, I do need help. These medical issues have taken its toll. And the memorial is still being planned. Please hit the donate button on this website if you can. But please please, I know this pandemic has hit people hard. Please please please do not give if things are tight or you have been stricken so hard by the pandemic. And I am truly sorry And I ask for forgiveness for asking. Rose and I were never ones who tried to take advantage of anyone.
On behalf of Rose. She is love and she loved everyone with everything she had. She appreciates each and every one of you. When love is torn apart, of course it is going to hurt. But she told many of us, don’t go to the dark side. Yes, grieve all you want. This is part of life, there is NO SHAME in grief. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. But she would eventually want us and even demanded from some of us, to go on and take these lessons of love and build on it. This is how we honor the Gift of God’s love, to share and to grow.
